False Bay's Engineering NCV programmes are provided at two campuses: Westlake Campus and Khayelitsha Campus. These Engineering programmes are for a 3-yr duration.

NCV Engineering Course Entry Prerequisites
These courses begin at NCV level two along with the minimal need would then be Grade 9 certificate with a pass in Mathematics.
The moment the student finishes NCVLevel 2, they'd then have attained a grade ten certificate. NCV Level 3 would be grade 11 and NCV Level four is grade twelve.
NCV Level four is at the exit level, getting equivalent to a Countrywide Senior Certificate (NSC).
Grade nine is on NQF level one. Our NCV programmes start NCV amount two which is equivalent to an NQF level 2.
On which type of scholars are fitted to these programmes, they say that the world is acknowledging that regular education is not always the only means of getting to be an artisan or becoming certified so if a student knows from an early age what their interests are, the NCV programme is actually properly fitted to that student.
